Customer Returns/Exchanges
Advantage Bike Corp. offers easy and convenient 30 day returns and exchange program.
All Unused Apparel: return unused product for a credit to purchase a replacement product (shipping fees NOT included.) also a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund/credit. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses.

To process your return, you will need to provide:
1. Your Order number from your confirmation email and or your invoice #
To start the return process and receive your Return Authorization Label (RA#) please email Michelle@answerbmx.com
Please note: RA#’s are valid for 30 days and will not be accepted if received after 30 days.
After the product is received back into our warehouse (7-10 business days), a credit memo will be emailed as proof of receipt and refund. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.
- Items must be new and in original retail condition, including packaging.
- All warranty items will be handled separately.
